ADOPTION PROCEDURE

1. Application Process

1. Interested adopters must fill the Puppy  Adoption Application Form in other to adopt a puppy they want.

2. Applications will be reviewed within few hours not more than 24hrs.

3. Approved, the adopter will receive details to proceed to step 2 “Adoption fees and payment”

• The total adoption fee is $1500USD.

• A down payment of $700 USD  must be paid before puppy can be shipped to an adopters address.

• The remaining balance must be completed upon receiving the puppy.

• Accepted payment method: Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, Apply Pay, and Chime.

Important: If, for any reason, the adopter cannot proceed with the adoption, the down payment may be transferred to a future litter or refunded in full.

• Puppy(s) will be prepared for delivery immediately the down payment has been made. Delivery takes between 2 to 7 hours depending on the location of the adopter. 

• A Puppy Adoption Agreement & Transfer of Ownership must be signed before the final payment and pickup/delivery.

• The adopter will receive an adoption confirmation and details about their puppy’s care, feeding schedule, and veterinary records.

• All puppies come with a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

• The puppy will have up-to-date vaccinations and deworming before adoption.

• The adopter must schedule a vet check-up within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

• Pickup Location: Crown Schnauzers Home address which will be provided to an adopter after adopter much have booked for a visit.

• Delivery Options: Flight services transport available (delivery within 7 hours). See shipping Procedure

• Adopters must confirm the pickup or delivery date, time and location before delivery of puppy can commerce.

The adopter agrees to provide a safe, loving home for the puppy.

The adopter commits to routine vet check-ups, proper nutrition, and training.

If the adopter can no longer care for the puppy, they must contact Crown Schnauzers first before rehoming.

1. After Down payment is made and adoption agreement & transfer of ownership document sign, The puppy is picked up or delivered as agreed.

2. The adopter receives:

   • Puppy’s health records

   • Care instructions

   • Starter pack (food sample, blanket, and toy with mother’s scent)

3. Upon arrival of the puppy and all puppy documents, Adopter have to complete payment of $800USD.
4. Adopter have up to 72 hours to make any complain about the puppy.
